ISecretshop question

How does it work with this company? You go on there to accept the terms/contract, and then what? How do you actually sign up with the companies or search their job boards? I truly am not understanding this site and how it works. Sorry if this is a dumb question. It is not intended to be.

I use them. They are similar to Sassie but the majority, if not all of the shop can be entered from their app. Very useful of you are out and want to make a quick $9 for a cell phone shop.
I'm with you, Dawn. I've navigated Sassie, Prophet, and Shopmetrics all just fine. For some reason I just don't get how that platform works. I've done one job for one company on that site. I still haven't figured out how to tell if it was approved and when payment is due.
The concept is a bit different than the other sites. You don't apply to the individual companies, but just sign up once for the platform. Then you see all shops that you are allowed to see right in iSecretShop. To accept a shop from a particular company, you must accept the ICA from that company, but at least so far, I have never been asked any additional application-like questions.

At the beginning, you can only self-assign one shop across the whole platform (not one per MSC). You receive points towards your "agent ranking" and that dictates how many shops you can assign as it increases. They don't offer much information on the site (that I could find at least) to describe the number of points needed for different rankings or what the associated privileges are.
The app doesn't (to my knowledge) show this, but the website does. If you login there, click on Assignments and then Payments/Coupons and you will see completed and pending payments.

When you have finished a shop, it is on your assignments tab until it is on your assignments tab under Pending Approval. Once approved, it disappears and then can be found under Payments/Coupons. It's not overly intuitive.

I do like their reporting style though.

My experience is that I sign up for a shop directly on the iSecretShop page, complete it, and then I am contacted by the individual MSC to fill out an IC agreement and W-9.

Ah, ok. It still says pending approval and I submitted it on the 18th.

Most have mine have taken 3-4 days to move from pending. Does it say "in Review"?

No, just pending approval. It also shows I have the ability to un-finalize it? Strange. This company offered me a small bonus to complete it quickly so I find it surprising that it's still not approved (or denied).

same here
I personally think it's pretty easy to use, easy to see if payment is coming or not. On Sassie and Prophet I never know when a payment is coming or not. On ISS, Under the tab of Payment and Coupon you can see what is already paid and pending. Also on the main page you will see Earning YTD.

I did have some issues with completing the form on my shops. It kept blanking the page out and not saving my report, so I had to keep pressing SAVE after every 3-5 answers.
Log in first. On the mobile app, the shops list automatically. On the regular website, select Available Shops under the Assignments tab. It's possible there are no shops near you.
