I gave them a call (since they always love to call winking smiley ), and the person who answered said they are getting a lot of complaints tonight and to wait an hour. Looks like I finally got the first of my four reports in now.

I hope it starts working before I get home. I'm coming off a long, heavy route today and I need the submit my reports.
