Cirrus Issues?

Does anyone have any experience with Cirrus Marketing? I completed a large project for them three months ago and have not received payment. I contacted the project manager twice and no response. I just wondered if anyone has ever had an issue with them.

Did you submit your invoice? I forgot this first month I've shopped for them... Also they seem to be slow to evaluate the jobs...
I've had issues with them paying in a decent amount of time. Last year I waited 12 months to get paid, but that is because I didn't start emailing them about missing payment until 6 months after I submitted my invoice. Currently I have been waiting 5 months for a shop completed in May. They have always paid me, but it is a hassle having to email them so much to get paid.
Yes, i submitted the invoice withina few days of the job. I expect a month, but three? Or twelve? I only shop for efficient paying companies. Oh well. There are others.
They have a very clear payment policy that says it takes 90 days or 3 months to pay. There is a payment schedule on their website. Check out the shopper FAQs. The payment schedule is on the bottom. The same page also has their phone number on it. Odds are that on the last day of the 3rd month or the first day of the 4th, you will need to call them. Actually, I'd probably email Bristin a couple of days before the end of the month and resend your invoice. Then do the phone call if you are not paid. Yes, it's a pain and yes, you shouldn't have to do it, but the quickest way to get your money is to make that call. Once you do that, you should see your money within 48 hours.
Unfortunately, I have always had to contact them after 90 days, but fortunately, they always pay within 48 hours. The pay is good and I like to know I have something coming in a few months also.
I have only done one shop for them and had to contact them regarding non-payment. It took a few days but then they paid promptly.

I have only done one shop with them. I followed their payment requirements to the letter. After 90 days had passed I started emailing and asking for my payment. After talking to two people and resubmitting my invoice I finally got paid 30 days after that. I will NEVER work for them again.

They have plenty of shops in my area, but I have never taken a job because I think 90+ days is too long to wait for a payment. If they had a good track record of paying on time, I would take every job I could get.
I'd like to update...I just got my payment for a shop I completed in May. I sent an invoice back in May, and after not getting paid within 90 days I sent my invoice again 2 weeks ago.
i have done numerous apartment shops and a big box store which did take a lot of time. and have not been paid, it has been 2 months..sounds like i have 30 more days to go?!

thanks for all the helpful comments.
Yes. As stated on their website and in many topics here, it is a 90 day time period from shop to payment. Plus, they pay end of the month/first of the month so if you did a shop July 2, it will be October 31/November 1 when you get paid, which is more than 90 days.
