I find that Shannon sometimes gets back to me, and sometimes does not. It does not seem to depend upon whether or not I have done her any favors lately. I do find that when I send emails to anyone at Intellishop, I always get one of the "auto-reply" thingies, whether or not they every respond to my questions.

I've done 3 shops for them this month and have had no problems at all.I just went to there job board and they have quite a few shops in my area . I live in the Dayton, Oh area. One new place I got ahold of is JobSlinger.com they will get all of the companies that you use in one easy place They will also find you new companies to get work from.
I had to take these folks off my shopping list. A scheduler would not respond to my emails asking her for my shop reviews. When I originally wrote her about accepting the shop, she waited 2 days to assign it. I told her I was booked and if she had written me back promptly, I would have done one of her shops. She spouted off that she received over 300 emails..."how could I answer them all?", she said. WOW....is she out shopping or scheduling? I have no clue.
I sent a scheduler an email to clarify something for a shop that is new to me. I got the sassiest reply, asking if I'd read the guidelines for the shop. I sassily replied with, had SHE read my email because it was clear I had already read them but needed clarification on one point. Any more correspondence like that and I am done with them. I have liked them because they do easy credit union shops in my area that are a decent pay for very little time and a fairly easy report (but heaven forbid if you say "bank" in your report, instead of credit union! But on their guideline sheet that is clearly marked for a Credit Union, they interchangeably use the term BANK!)

Hopefully, it won't come to that. It would be unfortunate to have to sever ties with an MSP due to one scheduler. Sigh.
Beware...new scheduler and wow, just did Mercedes dealer and this is my third request for:
1. Business card (which I have now faxed in twice)
2. Why did I not browse outside for 5 minutes (because as soon as I entered lot, a Salesman came over), was asked this twice.
3. Who is second Salesman I was introduced too, was he a Manager. I was introduced by his name (not wearing tag), and did not know if he was a Manager. I still do not know since I left my crystal ball home.

I bloody better get paid, sure I will but my score will go right into the toilet over this Editor.

Live consciously....

Ugh, hope you get it worked out.

I too have been receiving messages from a new scheduler there. This morning I received an email (not the standard pre-fab shop reminder email, but a personal email) reminding me not to forget my assignment today (I've yet to forget an assignment thank you). Only thing is, my assignment has a due date of 01/23.
Finished my Mercedes dealership Wed., and already got a letter in the mail thanking me for coming in. The instructions said our names will be taken off their data base and we will not be bothered...I am getting daily phone calls and now mail. I had to give my D/L before the test drive. Really annoyed.

Live consciously....
ugh- had this happen with a car dealership about an hour or so from me. Did an online request for info- the $5 pay was worth sending the initial email and wait for reply, making a quick screen shot, etc. Was instantly flooded with personal emails trying to get me to come in and get an oil change, come test drive, etc. At the bottom of the email, I finally clicked the link to "alter my settings" and unsubscribed. About a week later I get an email from the original contact salesperson saying I have not responded to his phone messages and emails, am I still interested, etc. I went through my cell phone, not one call. So I wrote him back saying I have received no calls and only one email, and I copied and pasted that one into this email. I told him I didn't appreciate being added to their solicitation lists minutes after sending the inquiry, and frankly, it had been a big turn off and I wouldn't be test driving or purchasing from them. That did it!
