Bestmark website
I am trying to put my report in and am having the same problem. Glad to know I am not alone! Very frustrating and the first time I have had this problem in the five years that I have worked for them!
I don't know what to do, I have a lot of writing to do for the report. I was not even able to log in. It is good to know, I am not the only one. I hope I don't get behind. I am not sure when the report is due tonight or if I can finish it in the morning.
I am in the same boat as all of you! I started my report earlier then took a break for dinner and some down time. This is my first shop with Bestmark and all my due date says is 11/14/15 but does not give a time. I assumed before that it meant it was due by midnight (only because that is how it works with other companies I shop) but I am unsure. I am completely frustrated. Is this a normal maintenance thing or something else?
I still cannot get into their site. Been trying since last night. Site won't even load. My shop eas due last night. As of 7: 47 am site still down.

BestMark shops are always due at 10am Central the next day. I had an issue the other day and sent an email so they wouldn't pull the shop. They called so I could explain the issue. I couldn't get past the first page of the report. The person I spoke to put a note on the shop so I wouldn't be held responsible.
As of this morning the website is still down. I'm going to call shortly and see what's going on because I have a report due in a few hours.
They are not there until 9:00 central time. It means at noon my time, which is past my deadline to submit. I left a message this morning and plan on calling them at noon my time which is 9:00 central time. Don't know ehat else to do.
I cannot get on the site this morning either. I left a message also. At least we all know it is their website, and our shops will not be late.
I think it might be down again. Is anyone else having problems?
I am also having issues today.
