Started shopping for Maritz recently (sorry, MaritzCX). Most other MSCs I don't have to submit an invoice - I am automatically reimbursed for the agreed amount as long as I spent over that amount. Maritz requires an invoice and if a purchase was required, when submitting the invoice do you specify the actual amount you paid (ie $1.49) or the reimbursement amount ( ie $1.00)? I have been submitting the total receipt amount since that is what the product purchase was for. Have not received an email or a check yet so, you know...just wondering what other shoppers do.
