It's been more than a month and Intellishop assignment is still pending?

I shopped a dealership in October, got asked for more information about what the salesperson said (although I just about quoted what he said word-for-word) and I'm still waiting for this shop to be accepted. Anyone else have this problem with Intellishop? I followed instructions to the T.

Yes, I did a shop for them on November 5th and it wasn't edited and approved until 30th. I emailed my scheduler at the two week point and was told they are backed up and running behind.

I believe they must be backlogged, because I usually get an email with my grade and comments, and I didn't this time. Also, the comments are usually benign and fairly pleasant such as, "Thank you for your report. Your narratives assisted greatly in understanding your shop experience and your responses provided on the report. Your shopper grade is '9' due to minor changes needed in grammar and spelling. Keep up the nice work!" This time the comment is "9/10 CAP/PUNCT: Some changes for capitalization and/or punctuation were made in the narrative comments. Please double check the comments before submitting future reports." So someone was probably overworked and cranky. LOL!

I used to see a life coach pretty regularly.... back when they were called bartenders.
Yes, I just had to file a complaint against them. I tried to get in contact with them and no one cares. They are backed up and just think it is ok to pay in December for October shops because they feel like it. Not acceptable. We have agreements for a reason and they go both ways. I was basically told too bad. The company is going downhill. They did pay some October shops in November, but not whatever ones they are backed up with. They just took a 4 day weekend, not acceptable when you haven't paid your shoppers because you supposedly need more time. It is their responsibility to get shops validated in a timely manner and shoppers need to be paid regardless of them dropping the ball on their end. If I decided I was too busy to turn in a report for a week they would just not pay me. They need serious customer service lessons from other companies. The person who runs their facebook page doesn't even know their pay policy, which is right on their website. Not everyone does this on the side. Some shop full time and you can't mess with peoples incomes.

All of my October shops were paid, and I have no problem getting in touch with the schedulers.

You filed a complaint against them? Where did you file the complaint?
I just heard back from Kelly saying it was approved. Thanks for your input.

Same thing happen to me . Shops sit there with no action. Then when you start questioning after 3 weeks they keep telling younthe shop is in que. Wait snother week to finally get an explanation that they cant use your shop, with mo explanation. Kinda fishy.
