***RESOLVED*** How do I see my completed jobs for Maritz?

I tried using the search feature on the forum in case this has already been answered, but no luck.

I completed a job on Saturday for Maritz and logged back in today to make sure there were no issues. Well, the issue is that I can't figure out where my completed job would be. I checked "my current shops" and "requested shop status" but both are blank. (this was my first job for Maritz)

Am I being a ditz or is there some secret that only the initiated know? :-) Any information you are willing to share on this is much appreciated!

I dont know why they do that, but I just wanted to make sure you were aware of the invoicing you must do with them to get paid? You must invoice every job and they are good about paying so far to me. Good Luck.

shopping in Placer, Yuba, Nevada and Sacramento Counties in Northern California.

Yikes! I forgot about that. I'll take care of it right now.

Ugh, I need to contact them. I did not submit an invoice, but the shop is nowhere to be found when I log in, so I am unable to submit the invoice. I'll have to grab the paperwork for this when I get home so that I have all the proper information for the shop.

If you click "My Current Shops" and then click "Submit an Invoice" (somewhat central on my screen), you can input the Visit ID code for your shop and begin generating an invoice for your shop. Obviously, that only does you any good if you have printed out or saved the Visit ID, since the shop is no longer appearing on your profile. smiling smiley

Shopping central Arizona.
You can't click "View Completed Shops" at the top of the page? This will show the shops you submitted within the past two weeks, although it won't show the addresses. CoffeeQueen is right, however; the most reliable way to find the visit number for a shop is the confirmation emails, which also show the addresses and don't limit you to two weeks, assuming you didn't delete the emails.
Perhaps there is a way to retrieve your completed and accepted shops, but I don't think so. Without them being invoiced you will not get paid. That is a fact. Your best bet is to call Maritz, start with the team that handles the shops you did, and explain that you did not invoice them. You should be switched over to Ad Min who can add the invoices. If you have the visit ID's all the better. They are helpful and understanding at Maritz and you should be able to get your problem solved.
Does anyone know how far back they will go with forgotten invoices? I was going through my records, and found three shops that I apparently did not submit to invoicing, one going back as far as August! sad smiley I'm kicking myself right now.
I was told you have up to 14 days to submit online, otherwise you need to contact them. I contacted them in Oct for a July shop and they got it taken care of for me.

I'm sure they will still pay. I was new to Maritz this year and didn't know you had to submit an invoice. I had shops from April and called them in August about them. They paid me without any issue, I just had to give them a copy of my receipts from the shop.

I just checked again, and I don't have a "completed jobs" to click - I checked in my home screen, "my current shops" and "requested shop status" . The shop I completed on Saturday is absolutely no where to be found and there is nothing that states "submit invoice" in any of the areas I checked.

I do still have the shop ID and I emailed through the website yesterday. However, I'll call this afternoon and ask. Not sure if this is a fluke or there was some serious issue with the shop or what. And since this is my first shop with them I'm still learning. However, I do have to say that when I requested this shop I got a call from a team member to discuss it with me first, so I'm sure if I call there will be a "live" person to help me.

I'll let you know what happens once I make the phone call. Thanks for all the advice. At least I know I'm not missing something obvious (well, besides the invoicing) and I need to call Maritz to figure out what happened.

Basically, I'm a total dunce. I called Maritz and was walked through the process. Once she pointed out where to look I felt like dope slapping myself. If the link for "completed shops" had teeth, it would have jumped out and bitten me!

Anyway, kudos to Maritz for being so kind to me in my moment of idiocy. They truly were gracious.
