I think I am out $190- Cirrus 360

I was going through my books and noticed that I never received any monies from Cirrus 360. I remember the email fiasco. Does anyone know when you are exempt from payment (length of time). It's from 2014. If I recall, I threw it on the back burner after exhausting emails after 3 months. When I start a new year, the old year gets filed after taxes are done.

Keep pestering them. Don't stop. They take a long time to pay and need lots of reminders (sometimes).
If you are owed money, they are not exempt from paying you. Also, most states have what is called unclaimed property. So, if they say they will refuse to pay you, technically, that would be a payable write off for them. . That money then would be payable to the state that you live in as unclaimed property. .
Who did you email/call? What is the best contact info to use? I have emailed four different people with no response and left two voicemails...
Don't give up. A job I did for them in May 2014 got paid around May 2015. Just email them. After a few emails I got a notification from PayPal that they had paid.
Thank you, everyone! This post was sent somewhere where I did not place it and computer glitch that it gave me no notices of anyone responding. Was feeling rejected! sad smiley Past that, I will continue to pester and didn't know what to think since it has been 15 months. Oh, yes I changed my name winking smiley

I did a few shops for them and stopped. When I read you cannot file your accounts with them until the end of the month, and than it takes 2 months to get paid, I gave up on them. My first report they rejected because they said I didn't say enough during the apartment interview. My next report they said I talked too much. How would they know what I said or did not say....are they taping the whole tour of the apartments? I won't work for them and told them so.
The person who contacted me was Monnie Howard. I took someone's advice and threatened legal action. I was paid the following day. I think he is the owner.
I had to email call etc but did get paid in November for a June shop. Sounds like I was lucky to get paid so "quickly"!!! I will never shop for them again!
I did two apartment shops for Cirrus Marketing in August 2015, and still have not been paid. I had done two shops for them in February 2015 and was paid for those. I have contacted them more than once (scheduler and the clientcare@cirrusmktg.com email addresses.) I have had one scheduler state that she forwarded my email asking for help on, but that was the only response. This is something I have never experienced before and I would not accept another assignment from them.
