Maritz Completed Jobs

How do you find the jobs that you have completed with Maritz? I have searched their website but I can not find the jobs I have already completed.

Thanks for your help!

I just went through this last week. If you click on My Scheduled Jobs (or whatever their version is on the left side, I can't remember the actual name), in the middle of the screen is a blue button that says completed jobs. I actually called them because I totally wasn't seeing that button when I logged in, but if it had teeth it would have bitten me! :-)

I used to see a life coach pretty regularly.... back when they were called bartenders.
haha, I see it now! Thanks! I do wonder though where are the jobs that were submitted longer than 14 days ago? I see a button with "submit an invoice." Was I supposed to submit invoices in order to get paid? I guess I could call the company too. Thanks again smiling smiley

Your welcome. I shop with them a lot. If you forget to submit an invoice, you can call them and they will have you e-mail them with the receipts. I just wish they had an "invoice" system like Sassie in which you can see all your shops in a given year.
I've been working with Maritz for several years and never had a problem. Currently, I have not received payment for work done in October. I've called four times and left messages in the past two weeks. No returned calls. Anyone else having a problem getting paid??

I'm having an issue with a route of gas stations done in October/November. ..... but their other clients are fine. This one i accepted a large route, have been paid on time for each shop but only the base fee and reimbursement NOT the higher amount given for the route.
Same. I've been paid for bank shops that were done later but the work in October was for several gas stations. No payment. No returned phone calls.

Maritz does not have a way of seeing past 14 days that I know of. Here's a little trick, if you want to keep up with jobs past 14 days. After you hit your submit button and the review page comes up, use your browser's menu button and click "Print to .pdf." After you save the .pdf, rename it to whatever works for your memory and record keeping. I have a Maritz folder, with subfolders listed by month, in those folders are specific day folders with .pdf's and photos. In the new shopper section, there is a great spreadsheet to help keep track of shops as well. I believe @Mert was the author/contributor of that great resource. I put my shops in and link them line by line to their respective folder. It sounds like a lot more work than what it really is. However, the couple times I have been contacted for clarification, I have been able to open the spreadsheet, click the hyperlink and pull everything up for review. Plus, I don't have to try to remember where every single folder or file is.

I had a delay in receiving a check because of it was sent (inadvertently) to a wrong address. I had to call and email several times but it got resolved after a couple of weeks. I have always found Maritz responsive and even "eager" to get me help. One thing I can say for them is that they call back when they say they are going to....that's a good thing!
