I recently did a cable TV shop for STN, and there weren't anywhere near 153 pages of instructions! Although I was "in store" for quite awhile due to heavy customer load, the shop went well, the report was not very long and was very straightforward, and it was reviewed within 24 hours. There was one issue with the survey, but I e-mailed the scheduler about it, she responded right away, and it didn't affect the shop's acceptance. The scheduler was very responsive, both in responding to a question before I applied for the shop and about the location issue. And it had a bonus attached, so the fee was $17. Not the highest, but the shop was much less work than other shops I've been paid less for!
I wish they had more shops near me; I'd have no hesitation taking them.

I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
