Winemaker, you sound like an angry young man. I don't like low pay and I'm not wealthy but it just happens that I like the people who work for Intellishop and I believe I have the right to feel that way. To each his own! Have a nice day.
Not angry at all...and for sure, not young...if you want to see what 'most' of the posters here think of Intellishop's pay, just do a quick search and read....
Here's a quick recap:
They have lowered their pay on most of their shops over the last year (and three years before that)...they do not pay for your time (e.g. - waiting a required 30 minutes for valet shops), and require large expenditures of cash and then a super prompt, detailed report (with extremely nit-picky editors). They have lowered their car dealership shop pay (which almost all have to include a test drive) so that $20 is supposed to compensate one for almost two hours of total time spent on the report...and the Cash transfer shops...enuf said...need I go on?
"To each his own" is good advice. Some of my favorite companies are unpopular here with other shoppers. Some of the big favorites here are on my 10-foot-pole list. I select the jobs I want from the companies I choose to work with for my own reasons.
Definitely nuf said. No need to go on. Who cares about recaps? Disclosure: Intellishop is not on my list of favorite companies, so I am not defending Intellishop. I am simply sick of crusaders arguing about which companies I should pick and why I should or should not pick them.
I had an issue with one scheduler. I don't do shops for him anymore. IS overall and the other schedulers are awesome. The shops I do for them come with a hefty bonus.
I don't know what they did years ago. I wasn't registered with them then. I am registered with them now and I like them.

Who is a good contact person at intellishop? I may be beating a dead horse, but I was never reimbursed for a shop over a year and a half ago even though I made multiple e-mail attempts to that department. I received the shop fee, but not the actual reimbursement for the purchase.
