Amusement Advantage Phone calls

Has anyone done a phone call for Amusement Advantage? I cannot see if I can listen to the phone call. I did ask, but they said something about after I submitted it I could. I thought, I would try to see if anyone had done a call.

Are you talking about a recorded phone-call-only shop? I didn't know they had those.

Or do you mean the phone call that's required in advance of a visit? I'm just not sure from your question....

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.

A recorded phone-call-shop only. One came available in my area, I had not seen them before.

I wonder if these are new shops for them? Since I've never done that shop for them, I can't answer your question. But, I've done a few recorded shops, and for every one, I've been able to play back the recording while completing the survey. I don't think I'd like doing a recorded phone shop and not having access to the recording.

I did not find the recording, even after I submitted the report. I tried ask about it again, to see if the editor listens to it. I had to make two calls, evaluate a website, and compare the facility to another one like it in the area. I don't know if the calls are just for this facility. I know there had to be things left out of the report because I had to keep the person on the phone for around 10 minutes, so I asked a lot of questions. I guess, I will wait to see what happens when it is edited.
