maritz software--lost data

Back in December had a lot of problems uploading my debriefings. When I would do a save for later, the only thing that saved was the very first part from the start of the report to the out of stock scenario. Every thing beyond that was blank. They lost my data several times over a two to three week period. When I would do a spell check my document would come back blank. My emails were never responded to. When I called on a landline and asked for the IT person, I was told they didn't have an IT person. Consequently I had many delays in reporting. At one point I just gave up and decided not to do any more MaritzCX shops. The bottom line is that the delays and missed reports that were the result of their software, I have been penalized to the extent that they will not assign me any shops because of my low score. I did have a couple of conversations with a woman who was very knowledgeable with the system and assured me that others were having similar problems. Is there any way I can have my score corrected. By the looks of the comments in the forum the computer problems are ongoing. Fortunately the one client I was doing a lot of shops for is now working a different MSC.

I am trying to submit my first Maritz report and it is just "sitting" there. It won't let me upload a photo and no matter what button I click (submit, save for later, etc), it just sits there. Hmm...
They are great on the phone. I have never had an email replied to. Even when I send messages through the website. I did an audit where there was no restroom so I had no restroom photos. I didn't realize until the next morning that my report didn't go through despite hitting submit about four times when prompted at the bottom of the page. Somebody called me with questions about a different shop and I was able to address my issues then. I was told to put any picture in since I stated in the questions there was no public restroom. I was very surprised and relieved that my report was still there.
I have done many Maritz shops over the years. Your are right about the phone and the emails. If you want any type of communications quickly, use the phone. This can be a problem because (at least [client deleted by mod]) staff do not start work until afternoon (Eastern time). I use email when they need something and I do not need their help. The staff really are great to work with.

Sounds like you're sending photos in higher resolution than the 640 X 480 they want. Uploading higher resolution (the higher, the slower) can take forever. If your "send request" times out, you will lose the data. I always compete my survey before uploading any photos (except maybe the scanned receipts).
