Bestmark - Website Problems Over the Weekend?

I couldn't log into Bestmark the weekend of 3/20-3/21. Did anyone else experience the problem? When I called this morning, they said I was the only person who had a problem.

I often have problems with their Web site. I call or e-mail my scheduler and alert them. I'm always given an extended deadline.
