Have you had experience with them or trying to decide if registering is worthwhile?

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

I am registered but have not worked for them so far. Are there long narratives? Also do they expect a lot of detail? Thank you, Night Owl at 7:46 pm
IMO, there is a lot of narrative and it takes me a great deal of time to do their reports. However, they do pay well and regularly.
I don't find them as narrative heavy as just having poorly designed reports. At this point I have gotten down to 60-90 minutes.

I am not a fan of their site, or the way the reports are laid out. It's clunky. The length of narratives varies as not all clients use the same report. The last one I did was a low-end property. The report was ridiculously long. Interesting, the report at the last high-end property I shopped was significantly shorter, and the only redundancy in it was EPMS validations. When there's a recorded phone call (not all shops require recorded calls), I like to complete the phone section of the report right away, before I go onsite, just to break up the monotony.
Their short reports are often competitor shops.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I hadn't thought of that, though the high end shop I referred to is a long-time account.
I am so sick of seeing "Last minute cancellation!" subject line every week. How many last-minute cancellations can they have? I know the flake rate is high, but c'mon, be straight with us.
You must have a different scheduler than me. I never see that subject line. Mine likes to send a list of shops she needs to get scheduled. It is just a list of city names in the state. No client or fee listed. Just, "let me know which ones you can complete."

I have done a few, but unless I'm absolutely desperate I won't do another. The reports are so heavy with narrative and they ask the same questions in multiple places. Even though they pay more for the apartment shops than other MSC - they don't pay anywhere near enough. I won't consider without a hefty bonus under any circumstances.
I have enjoyed every shop I've done for them and been paid well and in a reasonable amount of time, but I don't take them often because the reports are long and the scheduling process (with the client) is cumbersome, so it can take a week for me to complete an assignment starting from the day it's assigned.

I can speak very highly of them. As above yes the reports are long and very specific, but once you know what to do for it isn't that bad. But plan on spending at least 60 minutes on the report. I believe they are fair and honest and I have never had a problem being paid. I have been shopping for them closet to 20 years. Think the reports are long, the handwritten ones that had to be faxed in were a huge hassle.
I don't work for them anymore. I had done several shops for them, and ended up having to cancel a shop due to surgery. I mailed back their recorder and I had proof of it being signed for. They claim they never got it, refused to pay me what they owed me, and threatened to come after me in small claims court until I paid them the rest of the money they wanted for the recorder. They eventually 'settled' by taking the money they owed me and and stating they would not sue me as a gift.
