Cirrus training model broken?

Signed up for storage shop and requested training. Shop was in one week. I requested the training twice, project manager requested once on my behalf because she has a shop deadline. Shop was supposed to be today, i never heard from training dept. Dont they care about servicing their clients on time? Not my problem, but quite inconvenient trying to be flexible for a full week for one training session and a bit angry to miss a larger shop fe because the company is inadequate in deadline awareness.

Has anybody actually done one of these storage audits? There are a few bonused locations available, but I worry that they are more involved that advertised. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
I did one of their storage unit audits. To my surprise, it was quite reasonable. I accepted it once it was bonused, but it was really not bad. Each location is done once every few years (according to a long-time manager at one of the facilities). I went to a good location with very few problem cases or situations.

I was in and out in 2:40. It could have been about 40 minutes shorter, but since I had never done one of these audits before, I checked everything on my instructions a second and then a third time to make sure that I hadn't missed anything. Considering how onerous the mystery shops for the furniture store are, I was really leery of accepting this storage location audit. I have never done one of the furniture store mystery shops based upon comments in this forum, but I would gladly do another one of these. Apparently one for the same location won't turn up for years, but I am keeping my eye out for other nearby locations.

Edited to add in the 2 hours that I overlooked when I quickly looked at my PDF file the first time. If I had looked at the entire PDF file, I would have seen the photos of the clock I had to photograph at the beginning and end of the visit and attach to the report.

Wow. That's quick. I wonder if the guidelines have changed. There is now a note saying that they expect at least two hours on site. They say that audits with less time won't be accepted.

I looked at the PDF file I kept of the report again, and realized that I "lost" two hours when I glanced at the report earlier to report on the time it took me. Your comment caused me to go back and look for closely, and there is a place for elapsed time, and the elapsed time was 2 hours and 40 minutes. Somehow, I focused on the 40 minutes I spent making sure that everything was covered. I have edited my previous post to try to avoid confusing others. I still consider it to have been a reasonable shop. I could have been out in 2 hours.

Thanks for the clarification. I have one scheduled for this week, so we'll see how it goes.
