Does Maritz give shop details before accepting a shop

I see they have a button to select a shop...but does that assign the shop or bring you to more details?

Your best bet is to call them and ask for details. Some of their shops do not let you access the guidelines until after you accept them.
They are "old school" and do most of their communication over the phone. I just tried it; I clicked "get shop" on one available in my area. A page comes up saying, "These are the shops that you are requesting the project team to schedule for you.. " and there was a "delete" button and a "complete" button. I deleted it because I don't want it. If I wanted it I would hit complete and then I bet I would wait to hear from them via telephone.
If you have not done a certain shop in the current period, you might get a few questions to answer and then a very short description of the job. Either way, you can select shops and press get shops without committing.
I like how their jobs are what they state in Sassie, Maritz is good people in my opinion.

The only MaritzCX shopper site I'm aware of (www.maritzmysteryshopping.com) doesn't appear to be on the Sassie platform. Do they have multiple sites? If so, could someone share the URL for their Sassie site please?
KSS schedules some of the Maritz shops, so they are on Sassie. Most are not, though.

Thank you. I knew KSS scheduled some Maritz shops but wasn't thinking of them in the context of "Maritz on Sassie". Thank you for clearing that up for me.

Maritz needs to get into the 21st century. I don't shop for them anymore. Too antiquated.
The shop I did for them scheduled through KSS still had me complete the shop on a non-sassie platform. The Maritz platform.

Shopping off and on for 20+ years in NE Arkansas.
Maritz rep called me again yesterday asking if I want to take any of their shops. I explained, again, I have applied in the past but no one will provide the criteria. Without hesitation, she informed me that she would be glad to answer any questions I have over the phone. I responded, like I did several previous times, that I work during normal business hours and do not have time to ask questions without being provided with the guidelines. Ignoring me she said I can call when I have time to talk, indicating they are available normal business hours.

Looks like they actually do not want me to work for them.

It is a more vague system in my opinion. It took me a while before I 'dared' to hit 'get shops' because I was afraid of being assigned to something I didn't know about. They are available by phone, which is good, but I do wish they were more up front. Their pay is low for what they ask, which I think is one reason why they keep the guidelines a bit hidden. They aren't the only MSC, however, that makes getting guidelines a bit of a quest or that don't provide them up front at all.
After you hit "get shops" you get a very good summary, similar to the comments on a sassie shop. Also, some of them have a little green link in the lower right corner of the shop that says, "get project details." Hit that, and you get the same summary.
