Instead of having a link (camera icon) you need to click at the top of every evaluation in order to upload your “Overall” photos, these photos will now be distributed throughout the evaluation so that they are uploaded near questions evaluating similar items (e.g. the required “overall” photo of a gasoline dispenser will be uploaded near questions about the gasoline dispensers).
The reason for this change is that we are preparing the way for a major change that will come within the four to six weeks. MaritzCX is in the final phases of testing our new mobile apps for both Android and iOS mobile devices! The initial launch of this app will give you the ability to perform your shops via your mobile device, including debriefing while on site, and a completely new way to assign shops. As we get closer to launching these apps, we will provide more information regarding the new features.

VaI - try PIXresizer. It is free, can be downloaded and works great for batch re-sizing.
