Signing Up With Stericycle

I'm at step 2 and I don't know how to complete the registration process for Stericycle. Anyone want to help me? It says that I can fax, mail, and email the required forms. I'm thinking about emailing the forms. However, I want to know which email should I send it to. I don't want to send an email to the wrong email address since the required forms has sensitive information. Thanks!

Do they even have shops, anymore? In my area I haven't seen anything but college bookstores in months. Granted, I rarely check them these days.

The key is you have to live in the market of their large client. I do and made a killing off their shops a few days ago. After Maritz, I perform more shops for them then anyone else now.
I've signed up and was not able to find anything either, nor a live chat button anywhere. It's most all phone numbers...
It took them almost a week to "verify social security number" Shops I see aren't that impressive though... convenience store with loads of requirements for a $6 fee. Yuck. LOL

That shop becomes $15-25, and maybe even $30 near the end of the month. Very quick and easy once you get in a routine with it, too. That's why I'll always say, wait until the 20th of a month to check this MSC.
Are they still there? I have not done any shop for them for a long time. I remember receiving an email about some shops somewhere in the world, but not in my vicinity. So, I had almost forgotten I was signed up with them. They seemed to have lost a lot of clients.
Me too... There is a line that says, "For additional information contact Expert Registration Questions." with a link that goes to fieldrepjobs@ I sent an email to that address asking what email I should use for the reg documents. Five days later I hadn't gotten a response. Today I just sent the documents to that address. I'll let you know if/when I get a response. I suppose I could just snail mail all of it but I find that irksome.

I will know I'm a successful MS'er when I make enough to pay someone else to scrub my toilets.
I had the same problem but when I used I.E. I was able to sign up without sending all those papers. Once I got approved, it said on their website that you have to use Internet Explorer to access their site, send reports, etc. Worked for me.
