Thanks, mrcomputer101. That's good to know. The scheduler for my first shop was pretty uncommunicative, so seeing nothing other than "received" (not even "completed") for such a long time made me uneasy. I recently accepted a few more shops, and already, the scheduler on this set has been VERY communicative!
I too have never received a grade from ath.
I don't think they play show and tell with their grades. I've never gotten one shared with me, though I'm certain they have a shopper ranking system. I did get a check today for February shops. Last one, as always, to pay.
I got a check from them today too, but it was for mid March shops. I wasn't expecting it for a couple more weeks.
They only way you will hear from a scheduler is if they have a question on a shop or if they need you to do a rush shop for them. They have been moving schedulers around from state to state.

Sorry, my bad. The payment I got was for MARCH, not FEBRUARY
So I see this is a common situation. I was flipping out when I never received any feedback from ATH Power. The thing is I don't mind their shops but its like standing in front of the minister waiting for the groom to say I do and just getting a nod.
I think any good shopper would like to have some idea of their success or lack of before that long waiting period of waiting for a check passes.

I have never shopped for them as they have only ever had one or two things in this area (ever) over the past couple of years that I have been signed up with them. Payment problems aside (when going non-communicative is a huge issue...) I don't mind at all those companies that give no feedback and don't contact me at all after I submit a report. If the job offers keep coming in from them, I know everything is fine and dandy. :-)

I've shopped for them. No problems with them with the shop or payment. I love them! They are a great company.
Did my first shop for ath in early February. Their website said I got paid 4/4 but I didn't receive a check until last week. 3 months!
Does anyone know the specified payment schedule for ATH? I've looked, but can't find it on the site.
I did 5 shops for them in January and received payment for all 5 shops on 3-20-10. I did one shop for them on 3-17 and was received payment for that one on 5-7-10.
They pay by check in the mail. The check gets cut the end of the month following the shop. Processing (?) and mail gets it to the shopper a week or two later.
