Excellent company...

I think (if my memory serves me), Lysa@privateeyes was promoting this company awhile ago on that other forum. I have never signed up as they wanted a fee. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I hate this company!

They don't have a webpage. All their offers are through email and the shopper must follow explicit instructions to apply for the shops. And they're cheap to boot! After complaining about the pay for a particularly difficult set of shops, I was told they never paid their shoppers more than $10/hour. Sorry, but that's practically minimum wage in Quebec. And did I mention the reports? OMG! A description must be given for each and every answer and an essay must be written at the end to summarize the entire visit. In other words, a 15 min FF visit might take up to 30-40 minutes to fill in the report - all for $12 + reimb.

If editing is required, the shopper's pay will be docked accordingly.

I must have complained too much about the pay because they haven't sent me any offers since December and I don't miss them one bit!

That was the Shadow Shopper like thing she got referral fees on before they went free. Premier Services is an MSC out of Canada.

Agreed with the super long narratives for low pay. They also seem to have a ton of shoppers in Montreal since it's near impossible for a new shopper (me) with their company to get assigned more than 1 shop a month, no matter how many I apply for.
I have only done two jobs for them (the only two I have ever seen them have here), but they paid very well and the narrative was a normal length for other jobs I do.

wow guys it's quite the vaious thoughts. Some say they hate it, some say they love it.
I realy don't know what to think.
Frequently, shoppers feel differently about MSPs, fees and reports. Give them a try, PMW. If they have shops in your area that you think are reasonable in expectation and fee, complete one. Otherwise, you'll never know . . .
Do one shop and see for yourself...it is a personal thing with companies. Some like certain shops, and will do them for less, others won't do them, just depends what you like. I love one company, and read here someone else I respect doesn't care for that company, go figure!!! This is really an individual preference, I say tomato, you say tomato, yet their spelled the same.

I don't know this company, but some people, myself included don't mind a longer narrative as long as the directions are clear. I would rather write more than have ambiguous directions. However, $10 is about as low as I go for a shop, and even then it has to be close geographically.
