Having major issues trying to submit, schemer won't respond and don't have time to do reports tomorrow.

I'm assuming you mean scheduler? Second to None schedulers maintain normal business hours and are on Eastern time. You may not hear back until the morning.

A couple of days ago, I had an issue with STN. I was using Firefox. Switched to IE, and it was smooth sailing.
You need to contact the scheduler to sign up for shops, their adjusting their software I think.
Really, bummed, all of that frustration, figured it out, but never got a receipt!! Hate it when that happens...
Sorry you are having problems entering your report. I did a shop for them on the 8th, reported it without any problems at all, using Firefox. Are all of your add-ons up to date??? Sometimes that can cause problems as well. Hope you get it resolved.
