Ardent shop approval notification

I did my first Ardent shop in July. I expected to get some feedback but never did. I did check the pay authorization in the payroll link several times. About mid-July I found my training and pay approved for my first shop. I completed two shops the first week in August. I have not heard anything. I am not complaining, I just wonder if there are any tips to know when the shops are approved. Thanks fellow Ardent shoppers.

Check the feedback tab on your Ardent page for feedback. If you didn't get anything back then it was acceptable. If nothing is there, and you want feedback, just email the editor asking for some. You get paid on the 20th of this month for last month's shops.

Thanks, Seth. I appreciate your fast response. That's what I needed to know. I will assume that no feedback is a good thing.

Ardent sends out feedback when your shop is released to the client - which is usually five to seven days after you complete the visit. If there's a problem or if the editor needs more information, you'll hear from them sooner. If you haven't heard anything, you can assume all is well - and you will receive an automated e-mail when your report is released to the client. The e-mail will contain any feedback that the editor has for you. I hope this helps!

FWIW, I am an editor with Ardent.
I agree. If they are satisfied with your report, most times you won't hear anything. Once in a while, they send me an e-mail telling me the report has been released to the client but most times I hear nothing. You can read their comments on the Feedback page. Mostly, unless there is something they really want you to change, they don't say much more than good job. If you want to chat with other Ardent schedulers, you might e-mail your scheduler and get invited to the Facebook Page that's special for Ardent shoppers. I never bothered, but some buddies who also shop Ardent tell me it is very helpful.

Good to know. The only comment I had on my first shop was an answer to my question which was whether I had invalidated my shop by ordering a "sauce" (so to speak) to go with the third item on the required purchase list. I think all must have gone well since I got (and have completed) two shops for the August cycle. Gosh, you folks at Ardent must have an RSS for mentions. You responded to my query fast! Thanks.

Thanks. I have waited for a while to get the training and start shopping. I want to be sure I am doing everything right. I am not into Facebook much, either. So far, my life has been fine without Facebook (there are just so many pictures of co-workers "cute" kids and endless vacation pictures that I can stand.)

Go figure
Maybe one of the Ardent folks will read your post and comment on how that could happen.

On the site, did you check off the locations that you were willing to shop? I checked 16 in my area - there aren't quite as many of this outlet as there are Starbucks, but it seems like it is in every strip mall near me.
