Holy curd Intelli-shop

I had a shop that Intellishop refused payment on earlier this summer. The scheduler even wrote me an email stating how sorry he was, that the report should not have been rejected. To make amends he offered to bonus my next shop. I refused his offer because I knew the funds would be coming from his paycheck and it wasn't his fault. It was unfair what happened, but luckily it was only a $7.00 shop.

Similar situation here. Their shopper guidelines and client website were not accurate as far as location was concerned. My report was denied even though I detailed explicitly what had happened in the comments section. My feeling is that their "proofreaders" don't read the entire report or they're looking for any excuse not to pay. I have not had a response to my email of last night -- again detailing the entire scenario. So...I wondered what the BBB report had. Guess what -- 62 complaints, all "closed." I didn't read through each one but 62 complaints in a 36 month span is astounding. This company is BBB "Accredited," but has no rating. Other MSCs do have ratings with the BBB.
Other reliable companies also have F ratings with the BBB. It is a consumer organization and we are not consumers of the MSCs product.

While I don't believe editors for any MSC look for excuses not to pay simply because it makes absolutely no sense, I do believe Intellishop editors review reports too quickly. The result is anything out of the norm is automatically rejected because they have not delved into the report enough to find out why. I am a proponent of being assertive if the shopper feels they are in the right.

Intellishop is annoying and pays cheaply. They hire teenager college students as editors and pay them minimum wage, and, in many cases, they get what they pay for.

However, I do not believe that Intellishop or any other reputable company in our list of MSCs looks for excuses not to pay shoppers.
I think intellishop as all other MSCs treat shoppers differently due to history. Which is why I believe it when some of the posters here post positives about this despicable company but also why I believe when it comes to some shoppers their behavior is disgusting

If they treat you well, fine. But, thinking your experience is the same as everyone else's is inaccurate.

If you haven't been with them before I believe signing up with them is a colossal mistake.

So now your opinion is Intellishop just treats some shoppers better than others?

When asked to provide specific examples of some of your earlier claims you ignored. Combining unsubstantiated claims with the way you keep editing your posts, other shoppers should not be inclined to take your advice.

Yesterday I did my second, in person shop for Intelli-shop and the report required no editing or further questions. I got a 10. It was super easy and straight forward and the pay was $16.

I have enjoyed working with this company and except for the one time, stated at the beginning, they have always been easy and fair to work with. Sure, sometimes their pay is low but it's only a problem if you take the shop and then complain about it. lol
I worked for Intellishop for many years and never had an issue with them until recently. Honestly it seems as if they've gone down hill lately.
