satisfaction services

Has any one worked for this company? If so, how were you treated? Was the pay done in a timely manner?
Would like some feed back.

I just accepted a shop for them, and never having worked (or remember) I am courious. The guide lines seem straight forward. It is a bar interigety. (and being a former bartender (35 years at it) I felt comfortable accepting this shop. But would still like feed back
thanks

I shopped for them one time in December 2009. I did a chicken wings restaurant. They have a lot in Texas but not in Austin. Most of their shops are scheduled by privateeyesonline. The reimbursement was reasonable but not generous and they added $5 for the report. I went in and filled out the report online, easy report form, and I had no contact with the Satisfaction Services. They paid me by check on time.
I did a shop for them a couple of months ago. They paid on time with no problems.
I get emails from Lysa/private eyes. I did one Wing shop (that was good), and signed up for another this month. They paid by chek right on time, although the pay is low, the lunch was great!!!

Live consciously....
I have done one shop for them involving a sandwich shop. the schedulers seem nice enough and the communication was decent. My only complaint was the pay was only 5 dollars and they required a lengthy narrative in addition to answering the standard questions. In my opinion it was not worth my time so I have not accepted any more shops. Do the chicken wing shops require a written narrative?
Just an update on the bar interigty shop I did this evening. What a joke this was.
The bartender did everything wrong. I mean wrong change, wrong drinks (how can you screw up a draft beer?) The report was not that long, the narative was probably more than they wanted, but I had to be honest about.
Now I will sit back and wait.
thanks for the input. You guys are great!!!
I recently completed my first shop for SS. I've been registered with them over a year and this was the first shop availability I'd received. They have no job board and shops are emailed or phoned to shoppers, at least here. I didn't hear about the shop from privateeyes as did AustinMom. I worked with two different Satisfaction Services' schedulers, both of whom were communicative (even on a Saturday) and accommodating of my schedule. I shopped a local restaurant and though it was reimbursement only, the reimbursement was generous. $10 more than I spent for drinks, appetizer and dessert to share, two entrees, and 20% tip. The report was eight sections consisting of Y/N, and a narrative summary.

I'd welcome more shops from them.
I have had a good experience with them. They paid on time and the reports were straight forward. I believe it was a few wing restaurants and a few brake shops. The schedulers were friendly as I recall.
Never paid to get assignments, but they call me as needed. These are mostly restaurant (foodcourt and themed mostly). They're flexible about rescheduling, and the reimbursements are reasonable if you are, and they paid about the same time as always. One exceptional point, they respond almost instantly to emails.
