Global Compliance--Communication breakdown ...

For those who don't know,this is the company that owns Service Intelligence.Has anyone worked for them ? I have been assigned a few jobs,but I have found their communication to be absolutely horrible,it sometimes takes a couple of days to respond to a email.I would think they could do better.I"ve also noticed they are extremely big on tests,and some of the tests are quite involved.The pay is way above average on some of their jobs,but they also seem quite complicated in the execution process.Anyone have the same experience ? They have a new website so I hope they're just getting the kinks worked out.I'm willing to give them a break,if that's the case.

I have done a whole lot with Service Intelligence over the years, but since April it has been just horrid trying to deal with them. The Canadian offices were closed down and the work load moved to NC. The attitudes are unpleasant, the reliability is low for responses, it is a mess. I don't know whether insufficient planning was done prior to the move or insufficient training or whether the NC crew is just clueless. Hopefully they will get their act together soon.

Hey Flash--I used to do a lot of work for Service Intl also ,great to work for,but since Jan they have not had any work in my area ,I had previously signed up with Global and started getting job offers from them,and like I said the pay is really good for some of their jobs,but I'm beginning to wonder it it's worth it ,I guess time will tell...

Never done anything for the main Global Compliance. Perhaps part of their chaos and lack of communication is being saddled with SI? One client alone for SI accounts for more than 1000 shops every other week.

I had no idea they owned SI...was wondering what happened, just don't get my normal emails for my jobs,,,getting jobs in diferent states, totally confused by them. Wondering if they lost their great tex mex shop. I signed to do it this month, did it, and nothing happened, it is off the board. I;m stuck, but enjoyed the lunch......their web site is still up, please keep us posted if any more info. is found out.

I just received an emailed job offer from them. The offer expires the evening of June 10th, if I want it, I have to accept it by them.

The available shop dates are June 8-June 9???

Hmm, the email didn't say anything about bonuses.
