Hi,
I am getting my 1st reimbursement from them and noticed the pending payment is only the fees and not the reimbursements. I've sent an inquiry, but was curious if this has happened to anyone else or if they pay later separately?
Also, the website crashed a bunch while I was inputting the info. It took a long time to do a little bit, save, exit and re-enter and do more, etc. Any advice there?
