Experienced shoppers with Seelevel please help!

Hi!
I am relatively new to mystery shopping I've been shopping about 4 months and have done around 16 shops with Seelevel which I love them! My question is.... I have always self assigned my shops however a scheduler needed one done this weekend so scheduled me for 10/16 but did ask me what date I wanted to do this weekend. It doesn't have a "don't show before" date and it's due 10/16 so I am trying to figures out if I can do it today 10/15. I reached out to the scheduler yesterday and no response and I looked at the help page on Seelevel and it doesn't list any info on it either except its due by thr due date. Do any of you have experience with this and am I ok to do it today or no? Thanks for your time!

I'm pretty sure that they don't have a range of dates to do shops. If I remember correctly, they are one of the MSCs that want the shop done on a specific date. If you want to do the shop today, you could try emailing the scheduler and put "URGENT, QUESTION ABOUT SHOP DATE" in the subject line. I just use "reply" to the acceptance email and change the subject line, and then write a short message at the top of the email. I have had good results. If you don't hear back, I would just go tomorrow to be safe.

I would go on the scheduled date if possible or you may not get paid. I did tons of work when they were Beyond Hello, and only a couple at Seelevel. The one shop I do here gets shopped a lot and they do need a
specific date. Being it's the weekend makes it rough. Bottom line, I wouldn't do it until I spoke to someone and get it approved. Maybe they will reschedule for next week.

Thank you for your reply! I do know they have pick dates and you have to go they date I guess what confused me is the scheduler said it was due by 10/17, but no mention of what my date was but it's showing up as 10/16 so I was just seeing what options I had, but I'm thinking I will just do it tomorrow to be safe! Thanks for your input!

I know many of their shops have a 24 hour grace period to submit the report. In that case, like other companies, the due by date is a day after the shop date.

I wouldn't count on a 24 hour grace period. Shops are due at midnight on the day they are completed, and if not submitted on time, they will be canceled before noon the following day.

I was just assigned a Dealership and must have it done on the 4th.,with report submitted at midnight, they do so many, they need a tight schedule.
