Service Evaluation Concepts

I did a shop for this company and dealt with a Ms. Campell, very unethical company to deal with. I sent 5 pictures with details and performed the report and I was advised after several calls and emails that Ms. Campbell refused to answer that I did not go by guidelines which is not true. This company does not like to pay and expects you to do the shop for nothing. DO NOT SHOP FOR THIS COMPANY.

I don't shop for this company. If you did not follow the Guidelines you will not get paid. This does not mean that they are unethical. We get this frequently on this forum for newbies. Are you a new shopper or just new on this forum. We need more information from you in order to help if that is what you want.

I've shopped for this company several times. While it's not always prompt about answering emails, and it's hard to get people on the phone, I've always been paid for my work. I always read and follow the guidelines.

It seems that it's almost always new participants/new members on this forum bashing companies. I wonder if its existing members creating new user names so they won't be identified by the MSC.

I have shopped for SEC consistently for over five years and never had any problems with guideline, editors or payments. Their reports are actually on the easy side. The shop I did last month had a max of 2300 characters and reimbursed $102. The report took 30 minutes including scanning the receipt. So worth it!

I doubt it's existing users creating new user names, kenasch. How would the MSCs identify anyone, new or old? It sounds like Joan is a new shopper and didn't understand the guidelines.

This is Cheryl Campbell from SEC. I am surprised to see your post here about the shop you did for us. The guidelines for this project are very clear and require 3 very specific pictures. Unfortunately the submitted report you are referencing only included 2 pictures and neither met the specifications listed in the guidelines. Our QA team sent several emails requesting additional pictures and even offered the opportunity for you to return to the location and take new pictures. However we never received a response or any additional pictures and therefore we were unable to accept the submitted report. To avoid assignments being rejected in the future, please be sure to reference the guidelines. If there are any questions after reviewing the guidelines, we are always available to answer any questions. We pride ourselves on being available to speak with our shoppers and are one of the few companies where shoppers actually have the opportunity to speak with our staff members.

Big surprise. Just another newbie who registered with the forum in order to bash a company because she didn't do a shop right and didn't get paid.
