New MaritzCX App

I received the email this morning and immediately downloaded it. Thought it was odd not a single shop was showing. Checked the website and all available shops are gone. There are usually 100 or more locally. Anyone else experience same?

My shops available on the website look the same. I have not downloaded the app.

Mary Davis Nowell. Based close to Fort Worth. Shopping Interstate 20 east and west, Interstate 35 north and south.

I downloaded the app and it shows no locations available. The website still has all the ones it did before I got the app.

I had to go through and accept each client on the app before they showed.

This morning everything is back on the website. Nothing local is showing on the app but jobs in other areas are showing. I already had nine gas station audits scheduled so today I will be finding out how well the app works. I will be taking backup photos with my DSLR just in case.

Nothing shows on either the app or the site for me......hmmm?

I love this app. I shopped Martiz for years and saved all the photos, relabelled them, wrote down stuff and transferred it to their website. I bet the app cut down the input time by 75%. I did check for new shops and had to adjust the map on my screen and then I found the shops with little icons.

Did you accept the ICA and send them pictures of your license and insurance? I wasn't able to see any shops that were available until the Martiz staffer approved me.

I was told I needed to go through and accept things on the app. You're accepting the idea of shops, not actual shops. I believe it also asks if you're going to print or download the guidelines. If I remember correctly it was an either/or question. I didn't see where I could say I could do one as opposed to the other.

Not making sense.

So far I haven't found anything that I can hit on the fly that doesn't require taking the quiz and printing off the first page for security codes.. I'll keep trying, they have stuff that would add a few bucks to my day and the time required would not mess up my routes.

My areas don't have places to print. Local libraries aren't open or don't allow anyone from out of town to use them. I drive little itty bitty towns in the middle of no where.

I just downloaded their app and it doesn't show where the shops are located. What am I doing wrong?

It's not good for selecting shops. Way too complicated compared to their website.

For the Customer First shops it does not show the shopping time (6 - 3 or 3:01 - 10). I don't like that part.

I just input my first shop on the app. It doesn't look like there's any place on the app to input the invoice so you have to go to the website to do that anyways.

Right. Also stupid. I tried doing a report that required a screenshot instead of a picture. The app doesn't allow you access your camera roll. Only take live pics. So too bad, you don't get the screenshot that Is required.
They accepted it without it. Never even asked.

I like the new app however it does not recognize that I have passed the certification tests.

What are the bulk shops? I don't see anything like that on the website.

How do you access a map on the app?

IMO this app still needs a lot of work and seems to have several glitches that they need to work on. I will continue to use the website for safety reasons. I hate having to repeat a shop.

Shopping Southern Georgia, Valdosta, Waycross, Quitman, Thomasville and North Central Florida I-10 & I-75.

I finally downloaded it today, but I don't think it's quite right yet. It does not appear to be able to find my default location. It freezes on the continent of Africa on the map screen. It does have my dark audits for next month listed, so I guess I will see then if it works well.
