Any Other Firefox users with problems with TRENDSOURCE (The Source) website???

Hi all,
Today, when I log into Trendsource through Firefox, every area works EXCEPT when I click on the "PROJECTS" tab and then click on EITHER "Projects Assigned" OR "Request Projects"....then screwy things happen. On the click to "Projects Assigned" I get a box in the middle saying "Undefined Undefined" and then the OK button to click....that's it. On the click to "Request Projects", I click on the "Search" button, and it acts like it's going to look for projects. But then it just comes back with a blank screen on the lower portion....not even jobs for backup. And I KNOW there are jobs available, because I went to my Safari Browser, and assigned myself 6 of them! And there are other jobs left, but NOTHING is showing up on the Trendsource site in Firefox. It all works fine in Safari. And like I said, EVERY OTHER CLICK/BUTTON in Trendsource is working FINE except these two areas! I called Trendsource, but was on hold so long that it took me to voice mail, so I left a message. Just wondering if anyone else seeing this today??? Thanks.

I haven't done a Trendsource shop for a while but when I log into Athpower with Firefox I am unable to upload a photo. I have to use another browser. I don't have the uploading problem with other MSC's.
Weird, huh??? This Trendsource issue with Firefox JUST STARTED this afternoon....even this morning it was working fine! Oh well.....guess I can log in to Safari till it gets cleared up....if ever. Just weird that the entire site works FINE EXCEPT FOR those two areas I mentioned above.
Is your browser updated? I solely use Firefox, and I don't have any issues.

ETA, I just logged on and the website was acting odd. I could not see my assignments.

Hi Honny,
Yes, my Firefox is up to date...but I'm wondering if the most recent update somehow messed with whatever code Trendsource uses....that sort of thing has happened before with Firefox and other sites. So....when you log in, you can't see your assignments now?? Hmmm....maybe it's just not me. Maybe Trendsource will have to make some adjustment in their code for Firefox users, because Safari works just fine.
It is NOT just you. I can not view my assignments either - meaning I can't report through Firefox either. Hopefully, someone from the Source reads the forum!

I just did my last one yesterday with no problem. I work a lot for them, no problems. Chrome works.

Live consciously....
I just sent an email to the Source advising them of the situation. We'll see if it helps, or if they take the attitude of.......well, don't use Firefox.

I was able to submit my shop with no problem. This was about 10am EST.

I just heard back from the Source. They were aware of the glitch and IT HAS BEEN RESOLVED!

Yes, I see that it is! It is 5:13 pm Eastern time here, and all looks good on their web site! I'm glad it was just not my imagination!!
Ever since they changed their site, this has happened to me off and on. A quick way around it is to try Chrome instead. Even when FF doesn't work for me, Chrome always has.

Yes, I found that while their site wasn't working correctly in Firefox, it did work correctly in Safari, so that helped. But since I use Firefox for every other MSC I work with, I'm glad it was finally resolved!
