Maritz not asking for receipts w/ invoice?

Hey all;

I'm a fairly new Maritz shopper (signed up in November), and have been figuring out their online system which seems to be a little weird to me... regardless, I have been paid for 3 shops so far that did not have a purchase requirement (banks). I've also submitted 6 shops that had a small purchase amount attached (home improvement, blue gas station). Each time when I get to the statement, it asks me to input the amount of the purchase -- then when I click to submit my receipts electronically, it says "Thank you for submitting your receipts" without giving me an opportunity to actually do it and I close out and if I try to go back into the invoice, it says it's already been submitted.

I've already submitted my receipts in the shop. Is their system actually pulling the receipts from the shop now? Do they only ask for them when they truly need them? I haven't yet been paid for the ones that needed a receipt -- but that should be at the end of this month... then again, no one has said they didn't receive any of my receipts either. I watched the demo video, and it shows a place to upload receipts.

Just curious if anyone else has had this happen (immediately telling you thanks for submitting your receipts without actually asking for them) -- and if they got paid or not. I have a really nice route of gas stations I put together for this weekend that were nicely bonused -- but I want to make sure I'm submitting this right.

I really, really, REALLY wish that site had a "shop history" page... I can't find it at least...

Thanks!
N

Yes, I wish they had a shop history page, as well. On my gas station shops, there's always a place on "photos" to download a copy of the receipt. On other shops, there's always been a place for copies of brochures/business cards, whatever POV was required. So, yes, I think they pull what they need from the report.

What I do continually forget is to write the job ID on the receipt....I remind myself constantly, but just as constantly, I forget!
Has the lack of a shop ID on the receipt kept you from getting paid, or do they send a reminder? I realized I forgot to do this on the first few of them -- but haven't heard anything back. They did remind me on the banks to put the shop ID on pretty much every piece of collateral I upload. I think I have it figured all out now -- just trying to catch up on the older ones to figure out if it's an issue.

Thanks!

The one time I forgot on a phone company job they sent me a reminder requesting I write the shop ID on the business card and resubmit it. I've never put the ID on receipts for gas stations and haven't had a problem. I'll have to read my instructions more carefully next time to see if they are required.

Hasn't prevented me from being paid.

Hasn't prevented me from worrying about getting paid!

It used to be that Maritz required you to upload receipts with the shop and again at invoice time. A while back they changed it so you didn't have to upload the receipt for the invoice. This was a welcome change.
