Hmmmm a company that emails you instead of you going out to look for them? They got your email, how? They sent you information via email and probably asked for your contact details? They did not sign with a website address? And they're located in Czech Republic?
All of that just screams scam to me. It may not be, but I'd just send them on to the spam/scam folder. Most of my companies are US based. I believe one or two may be in Canada or Europe. I'm not trying to be discouraging, but it does sound fishy from here. Try the master list on the forum and sign up for some of those.
