Primo Solutions

I was just recently contacted by a scheduler for this company inviting me to sign up as a shopper, which I did. Once I logged in there was one senior living shop in my area, but due to working full-time the timing for it didn't work out so I didn't request the shop. The scheduler then began calling and leaving messages on my cell phone (which I have switched off while at work) and then e-mailed asking me if I could take the shop. I wrote back and said I couldn't do it at this time. Today I received an automated e-mail telling me the shop is overdue! Apparently the scheduler went ahead and assigned me the shop, despite my saying I couldn't do it. I've obviously written to the scheduler telling her to 'un-assign' the shop, but I'm flabbergasted that she would have assigned it despite my having very clearly communicated that I could not take it on. I also have a question for those who have done these shops, how much time does it take? The shopper fee in this case is $65, but it includes a requirement to e-mail, phone and visit in-person, so I'm doubtful the pay is sufficient for the level of effort in any case. Thanks in advance for any feedback!

I don't have a scheduler e-mail because I haven't run across shops that I want to do in my area, but Michael Miller is their President and his e-mail is mike.miller@primosolutionsllc.com
My original post is gone? I did one job for them (Retirement home), they were great to work for. That's all they had in my area, but have same jobs owned by same owner in Northern CA. Nicest Company., They contacted me, was recommended as I do this type of job.

Your original post is where you put it, Irene, a couple of months ago, in Kudos. I am guessing the post added to that thread was moved because it is not a Kudo.

Over the years, I have completed several assignments for Primo, with all being paid much sooner than agreed. The work:pay ratio is among the best in the industry and the scheduler, Dawn Hunt, with whom I work is top rated.
I just got an email to do another job for them, can't wait, had such a positive experience with them the first time.
