I am entering a Maritz shop and have a question.

I am trying to enter a Maritz bank shop now. A lot of the questions have a camera icon by them. Does that mean I have to enter a picture for each question that has the icon, or just the ones that need a picture? Thank you for any help.

That is where you upload the required picture, yes. If your doing a blue bank you should have four pictures total to upload. Most important - don't forget to write the job numbers on the documents.

Thank you. I did send them a message, but not have heard back yet. This is my first time doing a shop for them and I don't want to mess it up.

Warning - I have been waiting two days now to receive a return call from Team 5. They are terrible when it comes to responding. I have also left two voicemails. In addition, I spoke to someone on Team 2 this morning. She took yet a THIRD message to give to Team 5. Here we are at the end of the work day and still no contact from Martiz.

I strongly suggest you call them. You'll have a better chance of getting a response. Martiz does very little via email.

If this is your first shop, don't forget to submit an invoice after you submit your report. They won't pay you without that invoice.

For the most part, you can skip entering the photos until after you have completed the report. Just go through the questions and answer them correctly, click the submit button and it will open to a review of your questions. Enter submit again and it will bring the page requesting the photos needed.
When you enter the photos, ensure that you have put the day's date as well as the Visit ID (not job number) upon each item you are reporting as received from the bank and that is being requested a copy of.
Remember, until you hit the final submit report button (usually if you forget a photo it will reopen alerting you to that incident) you can always hit your computer's back button if you entered something incorrectly.

I did call and talked to someone tonight. Another person is supposed to call me back tomorrow. Thanks for the advice everyone.

To answer your question---->the camera icon is there for you to submit a non compliance of the question. If you answer NO to a question, you click on the camera to support your no answer.

In some surveys/reports, the Shopper has required pictures, those pictures will supply you with a download button in the end. Other pictures for non compliance can be entered into the survey as we advance along.

The camera icon is self explanatory in the guidelines.
