I'm with Honny. I can't imagine why any MSC would use a report that wasn't done right when they can just get a shopper to do it right.

I did two shops for them last month - they were the same shop but two locations. It was a telephone tire shop. Had to call into their number, use an access code and verification code for their client and complete that portion of the survey/evaluation, then call (same process as above) the competitor in that same area (like within a few blocks); do that part of the survey. Compare the two and then submit. First shop went smooth and no problems. The second shop was in another part of the city: first part to their client went perfect and I completed the survey; went to make the second call and it went to their client - the same guy I just hung up with. I tried the number again to make sure but sure enough it was their client, not a competitor. I sent a message to the scheduler and called - several times. Finally talked with him and he said he would fix it and I could call the next day for that second shop. I did call the next day - but it was the same numbers and was connected to their client - again. I called him and messaged him. When I finally spoke with him I was kind, polite and professional, explaining that whomever in their office assigns these verification and access codes is giving me the same codes for their client and competitor - but calls all go to client. He was very rude and unprofessional and said he was giving that shop to someone else. Just found out that I didn't get paid even for the first shop that was perfect. Wish I knew how to reach his manager and get paid....any ideas????
