Feedback Plus Question

I haven't been able to see any shops on their website for several months. Would someone mind checking to see if there are any of the burger and milkshake restaurants available in Indiana for you?

I had a fairly small issue with them last year and I stood my ground. Eventually, they conceded the issue and met my terms. That's about the same time that shops stopped appearing.

It's not a huge loss, but I did occasionally work for them & am just trying to figure out if they lost the client or if I'm no longer eligible.

Thanks for your help.

Joytron, there are burger shops available in Indiana in Anderson, Bloomington, Columbus, Crawfordsville, Evansville, Greenwood, and Marion.
Thanks. That's just what I suspected. I can see the cities available, but it tells me I'm not eligible.

Are they still scheduling those burger shops through Kern or are they back to scheduling the shops themselves?
I haven't gone through Kern for their shops. I accept them on the Feedback Plus site, typical Prophet style.
In my area they schedule them themselves and you can only see them when you use the "outside my area" tab.
There are only two FBP shops I've done that were scheduled through Kern. Like Flash said, and as sometimes happens on other Prophet sites, sometimes you have to search for shops "outside your area". Joytron, I've found them very easy to deal with over the phone -- perhaps you should give them a call.
They had two shops here, cosmetic and a pottery barn type.....have not seen anything in awhile, but like their shops. i also scheduled through Kern.

The cosmetic shops are scheduled through Kern, but also available for self-scheduling on their site. The only other FBP shop I've been offered through Kern is an airport one, everything else has been direct.
For the first few times I did the burger shop, it was scheduled directly through the Company. A while later, they all started getting scheduled through Kern. It was actually a shop that I scheduled with Kern where I had the problem.

I thought it was resolved when they agreed to compensate me.

I've searched and can see the cities where there are jobs (i.e. the ones that Mert posted earlier), but when I select the city, I'm told that I'm not eligible for any of them.

In the past, I always had a good relationship with them. In fact, once I asked for feedback & the scheduler said something to the effect of "No news is good news. If you haven't heard anything, you're doing a good job."

I've been trying to build a route today and I might like to do lunch at the burger joint.

By the way, regarding another burger joint....you should check out www.indystar.com today & look for the story about the car crashing through 5 Guys. No one was killed, but there were several injuries. Can you imagine if you were on a shop & a car crashed into the restaurant? This probably deserves a separate post, I suppose.

Anyway, thanks for all of the input.
Joytron, I'd definitely call the Feedback Plus. If the problem was with Kern, it might be good to make sure the situation wasn't relayed to them in a way that reflected poorly on you.
Kern sends me email's for jobs, not Feedback Plus...enjoy one job feedback has, must get it through Kern. Just did the cosmetic job through Feedback.

In other areas, do the burger and shake shops take a break of a month or so periodically? Or, maybe I'm out of rotation, albeit unwritten. I don't see anything that tells me I'm ineligible.
Mert, when you apply there should be a post in large letters stating your not eligable to shop due to fact you shopped within xxxx days.

Here's one that's silly, because I should know it like the back of my hand! The deadline for inputting is 24 hours after the shop, correct? I usually do it right away, but I've got another one to submit with a 12 hour deadline, and I'm beat.
Thanks, Flash. That's what I thought. I'm still working on one of those "easy" (!!!) shops for another MSC, and will tackle the FP one tomorrow. Thanks again for easing my mind!
It sounded like an easy question. I looked back at instructions and FAQs for the last two shops I did, different clients, and neither mentioned the reporting deadline.
I looked over the instrux for my burger shop today and it said "immediately (within 24 hrs)". Not my idea of 'immediately', but if it works for them, fine.

I know! That's why I started to second guess myself. This was the first time I didn't input on the same day.
I like feedback+, They pratically pay you before you are finished submitting the report. I have done shops for them on Monday, and by Friday I was getting a check in the mail. Now that's fast.

I would like to do there cosemitc shop.
They pay twice a month, and always on time. The cosmetic shop is scheduled both directly on their site, and also through KSS.
They have been good to me. They have a well known buffet place and the bus station in my locale. The shops are pretty straight forward and never had a payment problem.
Has anyone seen or doing their new crop of jobs...just signed for 5. Different concept, we'll see how they go.

You mean the ones they bill as "interesting"? I would have, but there are none in my area! Still one of my favorite companies.
I'm doing a cosmetic shop for them tomorrow. From the looks of their instructions, I think they're a little on the crazy side! They have 3 different sheets of instructions, all covering basically the same stuff but in a mixed up, all over the board sort of way. They use black, green, blue and red text with ALL CAPS (for the "your shop will be INVALID part) and italics all over the place. They will repeat themselves time and again, making sure you got it that if you do this or that, you will NOT GET PAID or the shop will be INVALID. It's like you're a criminal before you even begin! I think it's kind of nuts. Part of me wants to write it all up in a bulleted list and send it to them as a suggestion for how they could convey their wishes.

Has anyone else seen what I'm talking about?
Not an uncommon occurrence. There are plenty of shoppers who pay attention and get it right with only needing instructions laid out once. But then there are others who won't get it right, regardless of the redundancies. I hear what you're saying, but think of it more as an effort to HELP shoppers not get reports rejected.
They had a target Condo., lots of work, I've never seen it before, but know where the Condo's are, very large property with tons of Brokers, takes lots of time...all for 20.00....I said no, send me the cosmetic shop, I always need a lipstick.

The cosmetic store can have a few tricky issues involving the re-approach. If there is never an approach, or if the consultant sticks with you, it can involve some creativity. Also, customers aren't always there, or aren't making a purchase, making that observation not possible.

Regardless, it's a decent shop. No purchase required. And, FP pays twice a month, like clockwork.
Well, I did several shops with them this month and am waiting for my payment to come in today. They DO pay via Paypal right? There doesn't seem to be any way to track the payment status on their site that I've found.
