Does anyone ever get a response from IntelliShop?

I tried to reschedule a shop and never got a response. It isn't removed from my shop log either.

Is it still my responsibility to complete the shop, even though the "due date" has passed?

I have not have issues with not receiving replies from my schedulers. I completed a shop that was overdue. I received an email saying that it was overdue and needed to be reported, but I had actually done the shop already. I had failed to submit correctly.
Try phoning them. I called them on an editing issue this morning. I was treated respectfully and the matter was quickly resolved.
