Contact Maritz to resolve the problem. It is out or KSS's hands. I would start with Team 1. If you did not invoice the shop that is the problem, however, it is fixable.

Actually KSS is not Kinesis. Kinesis is a mystery shopping company. So is Maritz. KSS is Kern Scheduling Services, which schedules shops for both Kinesis and Maritz, and a bunch of other MSCs.
Since you know the shop was for Maritz, I'm guessing that you actually completed the shop report on the Maritz website. After completing the report, you must invoice Maritz in order to get paid. The advice you got about calling Maritz is good advice. The Accounting Department can help you invoice the shop so you get paid.
Yeah - what others said. I'm missing a payment from March, but it's my fault as I failed to file an invoice for that one shop. I've two calls into Maritz so far. I'll call again tomorrow. They will pay, if I can only get someone to answer the phone or return my calls.

With Maritz, you have to submit an invoice to be paid.
I've done two bank shops with them and was paid on time.
Also, if you call Maritz, they can help you live over the phone. They were very nice to me when I had problems with my shop holds and helped to resolve them over the phone. Phone contact seems much faster than email from what I recall.
