SeeLevel Login Problem?

I am having an issue logging into SeeLevel. All of my information is saved. Name and password were fine. It allowed me to change my password and sent me an email with the link. Still can't get on. I was wondering if another SeeLevel shopper could try logging on and see if they get in. Hoping it is just a glitch...

Yesterday, I could not log in using Firefox 53. My user and password pre-filled, but I got an error each time I tried. I was able to log in with my iPhone, and with IE on my laptop. Just tried today. Same issue.

I had the exact same problem a couple days ago, but since i was outside the country, i thought the issue was on my end.

I had the same problem a few days ago. I couldn't get past the log-in screen. The site kept circling back to that every time I entered my log-in info. I e-mailed support (they never answered), but within a couple of hours, I could get back in.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.

also having the same problem with firefox ie worked fine

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.

At the suggestion of another poster, I downloaded a new browser (Slimjet) and it allowed me to log in today after IE, Firefox, Chrome all failed to allow login. And I have shops tomorrow, so I was sweating bullets about getting the dang paperwork!
