I check their website daily (typically in the AM). I look at my "Home" page for any new messages, then look at the "My Current Shops" page. Any indication of problems or request for additional information will show up as a new message specifically tied to that shop's "Visit ID" or on the "My Current Shops" page as a "Hold".
Depending upon what type of shop it is and the team editing, it may take a week or just a few days to see it leave your page. For me, "Yellow" gas stations take the longest, while the "Blue" gas stations and banks are much faster.
