Anyone use Better Business Bureau to get paid when MC wouldn't pay?

The BBB serves customers of companies. A mystery shopper is a vendor, not a customer. Plus the BBB is just a consumer advocacy organization. They have no legal weight. Perhaps people have used them before, but I'm not sure how that would work.

There are reasons that a body stays in motion

Which MSC? There is a lot of knowledge on these boards that can give you some direction on how to approach the specific company.....

I've seem msc's get involved in discussions with shoppers on the bbb site. Some of the companies really get into it and it looks like they try and work it out. So the bbb does have some kind of effect, at times.

I have. I ended up getting paid although I doubt the MSC will ever use me again.

It's just like yelp, except it costs companies donk.
