Completed Maritz bank shop, but not sure if it "took"

I completed a Maritz bank shop two days ago, completed the online questionnaire, submitted it and then submitted an invoice. However, under "My Current Shops," the status is still on "in shopping window." Shouldn't it have changed to either "waiting to report to client" or "on hold" once it's submitted? I'm concerned my report never went through properly to Maritz. However, I was able to submit an invoice. Is something weird going on?

I have seen that on some of my completed shops when I click on the shop's "Visit ID". There seems to be no green band alerting that it's "Waiting To Report To Client".
I just shrug. If there is no "Enter Results For This Shop" tab and I've invoiced successfully, I assume that either the shop has been entered successfully or they (Maritz) shall notify me of something unseemly.
But, there is another way: You could note the "Visit ID" of that shop and then click on the "View Completed Shops" tab/link. Scroll through to see if the visit ID shows up.

Probably a quirk of their reporting system.
