see level hx

Anyone know how to get in touch with a live person at seelevel hx? The scheduler Luci Dudich rejected a shop because the time receipt was incorrect and she is saying I did the shop at the wrong time. I told her and she is ignoring me and telling me to do the shop right if I want paid. I am livid! The phone number has all extensions busy or mailboxes full. RED FLAG!

Did you include the issue with the receipt in your report? How long has the issue communicating with them been going on?

Mine was rejected due to an incorrect time on the receipt, as well. I use the app "Shopit" for my timing, and the receipt was 10 minutes earlier.
Let me know if you manage to get anyone. See Level used to be awesome but the past few months have gone way downhill. They rejected two of my shops invalid POV's, which make no sense because I followed the instructions and provided even 1 extra POV than what they had asked for. I never got a response or contact after trying multiple times to talk to them about it. Even if they would have just told me *why* they thought my POV was invalid, I would have been satisfied, but instead they lash out then run away with their tail between their legs and don't respond to reason.
Mod note: Post removed as it breached the Forum guideline which states, "Do not reveal the clients of mystery shopping companies". Additionally, it is usually an ICA violation to name both the MSC and client.

Depending on how large the file was, it's entirely possible they cannot read the prices from what you send. I know from my phone, sending "actual size" makes it much easier to zoom in than the typical medium setting I attach photos at. Even though you can zoom in on your device, they might get it all fuzzy on their end. Just an FYI.

That burger company is not the "Client", but anywhoo I should have just used QSR. Yes, my phone's average pic is 5 mb although I use the 16 mb setting. I gave them 10 pics, two of each part of the drive-thru menu. Two of the left, two of the middle and two of each of the smaller price signs.

I am really sorry to hear that Seelevel has gone downhill....I used to do shops for them with no problems but then they recently ramped up their POV requirements to something I could not provide - they wanted photos of the outside of retail shops with the store address number and the name of the particular store in the same photo and in Phoenix, the outside of retail stores are not set up this way. So I ran and have not done any further shops for them to avoid issues as I had a feeling things were sinking behind the scenes. I'm glad I ran but I'm also bummed that such was necessary.....Seelevel was never lucrative for me per se but they did have one men's clothing store client I did like to shop, along with a shoe store shop here and there and a few mall client shops. I hope they can turn things around, or perhaps get bought out by a better run/better organized company. Time will tell and we all have to do what is best for our businesses here but for me? I will sit out shops from Seelevel until further notice, so for those shopping Phoenix, I am not competition for you as far as Seelevelhx goes.
I'm in Mesa and I've seen those requirements too and had the same problem that you did. So far though, they've accepted my explanation about why I couldn't give them the outside of shops with address photos they wanted. Perhaps enough Phoenix shoppers have pointed this out so they understand it's a problem? I don't know. I hope so because the first time they raise a fuss about it will be the last time I do that kind of shop.

Sooo many shops rejected for invalid reasons. Makes one wonder if they are using reports and not paying shoppers?

I don't want to slam Seelevelhx here so I'm not going to name a scheduler name and I'm not going to rant about this MSC. I merely wish to get across my experience in a non-nasty way, and other shoppers can make what they want of my posting. Fair enough?

I am a Phoenix, AZ shopper who raised the issue more than once with Seelevelhx that in the Phoenix area, the POV requirement for an address and a store name close together on a window or a door is not going to fly as that is not done here for whatever reason and I am unable to meet this POV requirement through no fault of my own as this is not available in the real world here in Phoenix. Good news is that last time I looked at the POV requirements for credit card shops in the Phoenix area with Seelevelhx, this requirement was removed. Good riddance and Thank You Seelevelhx for listening!

Another issue I have had with Seelevelhx - there were issues with a recent warehouse chain credit card shop I did for Seelevelhx. It seems as if I will be paid for this shop as the shop FINALLY went into received status _ BUT HERE IS THE KICKER - When I applied for another credit card shop with Seelevelhx, the software told me the shop was unavailable - even though it was still on the board.

My advice is to be wary of Seelevelhx - to raise any issues at all, even in a polite, professional way, makes you vulnerable to schedulers passively-aggressively blocking you from accepting further shops. And I was nothing but calm and civilized in my dealings with Seelevelhx. I don't want to slam them or say evil about them - I just want to post this so other shoppers may read this, take it with a grain of salt, and then move forward as they deem appropriate for themselves and their business.

Thank You for letting me post my experience.

Is this the case lately? Shoppers need to know if they are vulnerable to wasting their time and/or being vulnerable to shop rejection for shady reasons - if this is indeed the case - with Seelelevelhx of late. It does seem as if their POV requirements have been patently unrealistic in the real world.

I will say that when I tried to call corporate in Atlanta, GA in regards to concerns with their POV requirements I was unable to get through the same as you were unable to do so. I wonder if they are having financial problems? I personally will avoid this MSC for awhile until I see how the dust settles.
Are you kidding? The stores in your are don't bother posting the adress and that means Seelevel is belly up? That's a stretch
Interestingly enough, I'm doing a shop for them tomorrow, the same chain I've done/am doing for another MSC. The guidelines are the same for the most part. The Seelevel guidelines are much more exacting, giving me a specific hesitation, the same POV photo requirement described above (and since this is my local store I know there's no address on the building). The pay is also less (the others were/are already bonused) but hey I can almost literally roll down my hill and be in front of the store. I hope I can report next week that I had no problems.
Check it out, some of the buildings in my town are next to a freeway and the address is on the side of the building! Also, I would write the address, the date and the shop ID# on a small piece of paper and hold it in the corner of the photo.

eta: me too, same store, similar guidelines, same scheduling company. Write notes on the required collateral cause the mind can mix them up

Maybe we're reading different portions of squireparty's post, but what I'm reading either means Seelevel doesn't have enough staff to answer those flaming busy phones and inboxes or employees are getting extra time off.

Now, I'm not trying to sound the alarm, but the last time I had trouble reaching anyone at an MSC during any semblance of normal business hours was none other than a company called...NSS. How they doing anyway?

Just saying.
Sure, I understand. But they don't hire out a scheduling company because they have all sorts of staff standing/sitting around waiting to answer questions. It's crazy, that's for sure, if you can't get an answer for a basic question like what if a store doesn't have it's address posted. I try to ask and get an answer and if I don't then I improvise. I know lickity-split if my improvisation was accepted based on if the shop was accepted and then I just go on from there. I'd say 95% of the companies I do work for are either non-responsive or respond too late. Especially these shops, and if it's your first one, they are assigned to be done within two or three days.

I just didn't want the non-solvency button hit on one of my favs for something so basic.

exactly, i suggest improvising.
I like See Level. I liked them more as Mystery Researchers though.

I did see that Ipsos had some shops that See Level normally does with much simpler guidelines and POV. I wonder if Ipsos was subbing them out to SeeLevel and brought them back in or if the client is experimenting to see if they get different results from different companies. I've seen the same shop/same scenario multiple times this month.
Me too. I avoid them at the $12 though. $15 is ok if I'm near there or going near there but I wouldn't go out of my way for the $12
I have also had this exact issue. Many stores do not have the address posted on the door or exterior of the building. You can't give them what is not there! I found that mall locations almost never have the address posted next to the store name.

With SASSIE companies, if you get the "unavailable" message after applying for a job on the board, it means that they either banned you from doing those shops, or they banned you altogether. If you've stopped received e-mails about job availability, then that means the company has banned your account.

Ah, Thank You for explaining this to me. I am still getting emails from other schedulers in regards to other shops, so I'm thinking the issue lies with these credit card shops - looks like I have been banned from them. No great loss as far as I am concerned but it's a little disconcerting as I have been nothing but calm and professional throughout.....whatever. Seelevelhx is not one of my big MSC's anyway. I just want others to be aware of my experiences with them, take my advice with a grain or two of salt, and then decide if they wish to work with this MSC or not. That's all. Rob
