Is anyone else having trouble submitting shops using the app with WiFi only? I do a lot of rural shops with no internet access. When I get home the shops usually automatically transmit as soon as my phone connects. I did 10 rural shops on a Saturday that would not transmit when I got home. The app said they were submitted already, but the computer showed they had not been debriefed. I called Maritz on Monday to ask how I could get them to transmit. I was told there was nothing they could do, I would have to enter them manually, and submit them using my computer, but due to the circumstances they would except them late. I went to a close visit where my phone had 4G. When I submitted this visit, all the visits submitted. I did not have to re-enter the ten visits as I was told. This has happened a second time with the same results. Does anyone know how I can force transmit the shops when I get home if it happens again? I don't have anymore close visits with access to submit to get the others to submit if this should happen again.
