The email address for Cindy is correct. I haven't needed to reach her in over a month, but she usually replies quickly. I'm not seeing a phone number. Look at the other shops on your job board for her colleagues. You'll see their names and email addresses. Not sure if they can help or not.
I have found that for me, she replies quickly if I am offering to do something that she wants done. Otherwise, she completely ignores my emails. The address is correct, as Chris notes.
