HS Brands Casino Shops

Hello, I recently received e-mails for casino shops offered by HS Brands, so I took the casino certification and passed. However, it said that a walk through would need to be conducted a few days before the actual shop. Does anyone know about this or have you done this before? I e-mailed the scheduler to inquire because I live 2.5 hours away from the casino, making it tedious to have to schedule a walk through and drive back a couple days later for the shop. I never received a response. I am just curious what this walk through requires and if it would be worth it to sign up for the casino shops. I didn't want to be assigned to the shop and cancel later because I couldn't schedule a walk through. Input is much appreciated. Thanks!

Can you do the walk through a couple hours before doing the shop, that should work.

That's what I was wondering, but unfortunately the scheduler never responded back to me, so I didn't know if any one here knew that answer. I couldn't find contact info for help or assistance for HS Brands. It is possible that I just wasn't looking in the right spot. The only contact info I could find was the scheduler's e-mail, to which they did not respond.
I am betting if they said "a couple of days" before the shop, that going right before will not work. Now as to why the scheduler isn't responding, who knows. I guess wait for a reply before requesting the assignment.
The phone call is a walk through of the report. Examples will be given and any questions can be answered.
So the walk through is NOT walking through the casino. Instead it is walking through the guidelines and survey? That is something that I know that several other MSCs do with their more complex shops. For instance, no matter how many Amtrak shops you have done, there is always a walk-thru call ahead of the shop.

Oh that makes much more sense. I thought a walk through was physically going to the location. A bit odd I supposed but since I have not tried a casino shop I thought maybe it was something for more involved shops. A phone call is much easier to schedule. :-)
A walk-through is a phone call to review the details of the report. However, if you're doing one of their casino shops in California, you will have to walk through the casino floor to assess the staff's friendliness. If you're working with Kylee, she will be reachable during your shop via text messages. HS Brands is one of the best companies I've worked for, their casino shops are always a lot of fun!
How do you get a scheduler's phone number? I have never seen one listed on any e-mails or shop info.
I thought to do their casinos tou also had to do a casino test shop.

Also they have had some scheduler turnover. If you didn't receive a reply they might not have updated the guidelines with the correct sxhescheduler email.
