Intelli schedulers

Intelli have the worst schedulers or not so much?
Feels like when they need something done they are very nice and other times they dont even reply to your emails?
Anyone feel the same?

I worked with a handful and one in particular who I had an amazing run with on one of the projects years ago. Great profit that year, and I'm sure that scheduler got some shine for filling up their quota too.

Shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado. 33 year old male and willing to travel!
They are the absolute worst. Don't respond to emails at all. I'd stay away from this company, there are better paying, more ethical companies out there to shop for.
I don't have a problem with them. Perhaps I'm new enough with them that my expectations are low. Nor have I had to email requesting a job yet.
That's what I have to do with them. When they want something, help them to fill up your pocketbook and when they don't, shine them on. It comes and goes in waves with most of these companies' schedulers. eta: and with the outsourced schedulers, same thing.

I had a situation with an auto sales shop on a Friday. I encountered a problem with printing documents Thursday night, and emailed my scheduler. As of Friday afternoon, I still had no response. I tried to get a hold of another scheduler, and ultimately, I canceled the shop because I did not have the correct information. I was given a zero for the shop and told that I should have worked around their summer hours. Summer hours? How would I have known that? Additionally, the scheduler was very rude. She said she couldn't imagine that I had a question that wasn't in the FAQ. Oh, but I did. I haven't done a shop for them since then. It just wasn't worth it. There is no phone number to contact them, and their schedulers are terrible.
I have had a problem with one of their schedulers first over a payday loan shop where I faxed them a receipt twice and they claimed never to have received it and then the same scheduler refusing to schedule me for a shop that I had successfully completed before. That said, I did have an exchange with one of their other schedulers recently that was quite successful. So it just depends.

What's done is done. An egg cracked cannot be cured.
There are 3 kinds of lies. Lies, Damn lies, and statistics.
I can't imagine completing one of those payday loans and then not getting paid and/or reimbursed.

I did eventually get paid thank goodness. But it took a lot longer then it should have.

One of my first MSCs. I did 81 shops for them in 8 months.

II had to cancel a car shop at the last minute and apparently ticked someone on "Team Top Gun" off since they deactivated my account. That was in November of 2013. I've asked to be reinstated to no avail.
Not just the schedulers but the auditors as well! I have been reaching out to this MSC since June when my shop was rejected without pay because I didn't follow the scenario ... There was an inconsistency between the Shop Overview and the Shopper Guidelines so I asked both questions to be sure since the scheduler did not return my emails, etc. before the due date! The editor won't reply either. Sure makes me want to jump through hoops for this MSC when they ask .... just sayin'
There are some real pricks at this company. I won't name any names but there is one young man who totally screwed me and when I called him out on it (and his superior) I was met with childish attitudes. I stay away from this company even though I've done 200 shops for them, most of which were in remote areas that I traveled for. So much for help being valued! F these people.
I don't like any of their schedulers except two. I hate that the ones I mostly deal with I can't stand.

I requested a shop on 9/29 that had shop dates of 9/29-9/30. I was assigned today 10/1 at 7PM with a due date on 10/2. I'm not doing the shop, wtf

If you couldn't do the shop after 9/30 you should have canceled the application first chance you got after closing hours on 9/30, or at least at some time on 10/1. In a perfect world, they would not hold it against you if you canceled now; I agree that it's a relatively boneheaded thing to do to assign someone the shop out of the blue after the nominal due date.

I happen to have a relatively good history with Intellishop and there's a possibility I want to shop some of their current clients. Maybe it is the fact I did mostly fast food and parking shops for them, but I have run into almost none of the issues I've heard about on this forum.
I have a question. I got an e-mail today from an Intelli-Shop scheduler offering gas station shops. I've been doing shops for these guys for more than a year (I know I'm a masochist but there are some I actually enjoy doing) and I have never seen gas shops for them in all that time. Is this something new for IS at least in Arizona? I double checked the e-mail address for this and it definitely said Intelli-shop.

I'm new to Intellishop, just 3 months. There's been a credit shop on the books until the end of September. I applied in July and August. Never heard back. Applied in September. Nothing. Now a similar shop is being offered in a different town. I'll apply just to see. Maybe I don't fit the demographics. It's never been bonused, but as I was passing that location almost weekly it would've been nice to pick up. I've completed other shops for them and have 10 rating.
Intell schedulers rarely reply. I had a question awhile back and no response after 4 emails. It is a one way street.
Try calling them. I've had good luck that. Some of their schedulers, and I would assume editors as I think it's one in the same, are ok. Obviously some aren't.

The gas station isn't the client. The client is the entity of card that the gas station uses. Checks for this card by that entity have gone through IntelliShop in the past. That said, I have never seen it at this extent.

Thanks for the info. It really threw me for a loop to get that e-mail
