Maritz Diesel Inventory Audit

Recently, I came across these possible assignments for certain "Blue" gas stations. They pay $8.50 each and say there are between 8 to 10 photos required.
When the pay is as low as $8.50, I am hesitant to spring for them without more information.

So, my question is: Has anyone done these?

I started working these yesterday. They can be combined with the monthly mystery/revealed audit (do it at the end and take all different pics). You will only take that many pics if you're at say a truck stop with a separate diesel canopy. If you're just at a suburban station that sells diesel under the main canopy you're looking at 3-4 pics and 5 mins on this shop. I did mine yesterday on the app (wish me luck!)

I've gotten several approved now that we're done on the app. Just make sure you follow the photo requirements from the guide because they can be a little unclear as to what you're supposed to be shooting in the app instructions.

I was watching a couple of undesirable locations that had both the monthly mystery/revealed shop and the diesel audit available. Waiting it out to see if bonus increased.. today the monthly shops are gone but the diesels are still there! Why wouldn't whoever took these take both!? It's $10 extra for literally 5 minutes worth of work at a place you already are at!

I agree, although if it has a diesel canopy it will take longer than 5 minutes in most cases. But still worth doing if you're already on site. I think some shoppers may be hitting their assignment limit, which might explain it.

I don't see it as five minutes work and it's a separate report. I would have done one to check it out, but they told me I had to conclude the image shop and go back in the building with the intro letter for the diesel. Then shoot the diesel shots. Then do the report. So for that they pay $8.50. I haven't seen the report, but my guess is that going back in with the intro letter, shooting the diesel/whatever pumps, processing the pictures, and doing the report will take me over thirty minutes. So no, I won't tack it on to the image shop. But, if they had a diesel option, similar to a dark option, that I could shoot at the same time and tack it on the same report for $8.50, I'd pick that up. That's why I'm not doing them. Everybody has a different point of view. I'm not wrong for not picking them up, and neither is the shopper who does them.

I do them the way specified by Maritz, taking independent pictures and doing it all after the main shop. It takes 5 minutes in the app if there is no separate diesel canopy. It's the easiest shop I've ever seen Maritz offer.
